Referral Programme Terms

How It Works

Existing Kabooly CRM clients, including clients on the Kabooly bundle, can earn a 20% discount on their current subscription fee by referring new clients. There is no limit to the number of referrals you can make.

The Kabooly bundle

For the referral programme, the Kabooly bundle counts the same as a Kabooly CRM subscription:

• If you are on the bundle, your referral discount comes off your whole bundle price
• If the person you refer takes the bundle rather than the CRM on its own, the referral counts in exactly the same way

Eligibility

To be eligible for the referral discount:

• You must be an existing Kabooly CRM or Kabooly bundle client with an active, paid subscription
• The person you refer must be a new client who has not previously held a Kabooly CRM account or bundle

When the Discount Is Applied

The 20% discount is not applied immediately. The referred client must first:

1. Sign up for a Kabooly CRM account or the Kabooly bundle
2. Complete any free trial
3. Pay for 3 consecutive months of their subscription

Once these conditions are met, the 20% discount will be applied to the referring client's subscription from their next billing cycle.

Discount Details

• The discount is 20% of your current subscription fee at the time the referral qualifies
• The discount applies for the lifetime of your subscription
• Multiple referral discounts are applied compounding (each 20% is calculated on your current fee, not the original price)
• Your subscription fee will never reach zero

How to Refer

When your referral signs up for Kabooly CRM, they should enter your company name or your name in the "Referred by" field on the registration form. If they take the bundle, they should tell us your name or company name when they sign up. This allows us to track the referral back to your account.

General Conditions

• Kabooly reserves the right to modify or discontinue the referral programme at any time
• Any changes will not affect discounts already applied to your account
• Kabooly reserves the right to reject referrals that appear fraudulent or that do not meet the eligibility criteria
• This programme cannot be combined with any other promotional offers unless stated otherwise. The Kabooly bundle is not a promotional offer for this purpose, so bundle clients can earn referral discounts
