Who we are

Kabooly Marketing is provided by KABOOLY LTD, a company registered in the United Kingdom. By paying for the service you agree to these terms.

What the service does

Kabooly Marketing writes advert text and makes advert images, carousel slides and short videos from the business profile you provide, and turns photos you upload into sized posts, so you can post them yourself on Instagram, Facebook, Nextdoor and other social media. It does not post anything for you, and it has no connection to those platforms.

Your account

• You must give a working email address and keep your password to yourself
• You are responsible for everything done through your account
• One account is for one business. Tell us if you need more
• You must be 18 or over and using the service for a business

Generated content

• Check before you post. Text, images and videos are generated by AI and can be wrong, generic or oddly worded. Check everything before it goes out in your name
• You own what you publish. As between you and us, the adverts generated for you are yours to use
• You are responsible for accuracy. Claims about prices, offers, availability, qualifications or results are yours, not ours
• Advertising rules still apply. You are responsible for meeting advertising standards and the rules of the platform you post on
• Images and videos are illustrative. Generated images and videos may not exactly reproduce your logo or products, and should not be presented as footage of your actual work

What you upload

You must have the right to use the logo, photos and any other material you upload, and permission from anyone recognisable in a photo, and the right to let us read the website address you give us. Do not upload anything unlawful or anything that infringes someone else's rights.

Acceptable use

You must not use the service to:

• Create misleading, deceptive or unlawful adverts
• Impersonate another business or person
• Produce content that is hateful, harassing, sexual or otherwise harmful
• Get around the usage limits, or overload or probe the service
• Resell the service, or generate adverts in bulk for third parties without our agreement

Usage limits

Fair use limits apply per account: 20 images in any 24 hours and 150 in any 30 days, 20 videos in any 30 days, no more than five image generations a minute, and one generation running at a time. A carousel counts as one image. Regenerating counts the same as generating; anything that fails is not counted. Text generation is capped generously. We may change these limits to keep the service running.

Cost

Kabooly Marketing costs £40 a month, or is included in the Kabooly bundle. You pay monthly in advance by card through Stripe, starting on the day you buy. If a payment fails or you cancel, your account is paused.

Availability

We aim to keep the service available, but it is provided as is. It depends on other companies' AI services, which can be slow, unavailable or refuse a request. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or any particular result from an advert.

Our liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise, we are not liable for lost profits, lost business, lost goodwill, or any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the service or from anything you publish.

Ending your account

You can cancel at any time by emailing hello@kabooly.com. Ask us to delete your account at the same time and we will remove everything in it. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will post the new version on this page and update the "Last updated" date. Continuing to use the service means you accept the new terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
